The Personal "Why"

The company was founded on Y'vonne's clear, human-centric motivation: Purpose and Impact. She sought a professional pivot after two decades in technology, tired of the relentless travel and a corporate environment that reduced both people and clients to mere numbers, neglecting relationships and genuine impact.

She wanted to build a company where she could be present for her family while still doing meaningful, high-impact work. This desire for work-life balance became a pillar of the company culture, extending to her employees. Work hard, play hard. We do this as a team, ensuring we are taking care of each other and our clients.

When naming the business, Y'vonne sought to capture the core attributes that drive successful client engagements. She identified five fundamental areas, the "5 Ps", that would become the firm's guiding methodology:
