In The Community

This month, Y’vonne and Donna traveled to Ottawa, Canada and New York to focus on quarterly business reviews (QBR). The goal of a QBR helps us share the progress our teams have made and partner with the client on future shifts based on their evolving business needs. Conversations aren’t always easy but are critical to the evolution of partnering to support each other. Some key takeaways:

    • We succeeded in our Q3 delivery goals meeting on time and on budget with our clients projects. They were happy with the results.

    • Project shifts need to occur in Q4 to support changes in the clients priorities and resources. This helps us both manage time, budget and deliverables through the next quarter.

    • We shared issues/risks and partnered together to mitigate them.

    • We showcased our evolving service offerings and discussed pipeline planning for 2026.

I am grateful for clients that work together even when we are having difficult conversations. This is what true “partnership” looks like. - Y’vonne Ormond (CEO)
