Ongoings

  • Last month, Randy attended Certinia's partner kickoff, and the overall theme of the event was focused on Agentic AI capabilities within their platform. The Certinia PSA and ERP platform provides the full lifecycle of sales through service to provide companies with massive time savings and improved visibility throughout their processes with the utilization of AI. Some examples include:

    • During the sales cycle, AI can leverage the data in Salesforce to generate a scope estimator based on a set of questions.

    • For project creation and management, AI can generate projects and resource plans from closed opportunities, and as projects are in the works, if problems arise, then suggested resolutions will be made, such as changing staff members or adjusting the timeline.

    • The new CS Cloud centralizes access to the data to give executives and CSMs visibility into client health better than ever before  

Overall, AI is going to provide functionality within the platform in a way we've never seen before that will absolutely reduce operational costs, optimize business processes, and drive revenue growth.

  • Last week at San Diego Women's Week, Y’vonne was so inspired; “where else in San Diego do you get to sit with so many amazing women to hear their stories and share lessons”. Here are some of her favorite highlights from the event:
    • When you stay comfortable, you aren’t growing

    • Lead with integrity, thoughtfulness, and intention

    • Reframe how you think about yourself personally and professionally. This will help you take control of your story and align it with your purpose and goals

    • Every business is a ‘people’ business; it’s your competitive advantage and can’t be replicated

    • Personal and professional relationships will help accelerate or hinder your purpose

    • We all have things we aren’t ‘confident’ about. Own your story and power

    • Collaboration is impactful for your consumers

    • The power of transformation through inclusivity

    • What is your why? Define and drive your purpose

    • Toxic productivity – being productive isn’t about managing your time, it’s about managing your emotions

    • Conversations at the ballroom agenda level, around your table, and at lunch can change your perspective. They are powerful

    • Be bold, be intentional, and make this life purposeful

  • This week, Randy attended the Salesforce Agentforce Partner event, and here are some key highlights: 

    • Salesforce’s move into the Agent market is causing a shift in their pricing model from traditional SaaS user-based licensing to consumption-based pricing for this specific tool.   

    • One of the benefits to this model is that companies will have a low entry point to purchase the Agentforce product with a very small investment, and over time, if they find value, they can scale it based on ROI.  

    • Since its launch, Agentforce has about 4,000 customers using the product.
