Celebrating Women’s Month

March is a powerful month as we mark Women’s History Month, an annual recognition of the profound contributions women have made throughout American history since its presidential proclamation in 1980. It’s a moment for genuine reflection: celebrating major strides in gender equality while acknowledging the persistent, global hurdles women still face in the business world—from pay disparity and underrepresented leadership to challenges in accessing funding for women founders.

International Women’s Day: More Than Just a Date

March 8th is International Women’s Day (IWD), a vital global celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political accomplishments of women. While incredible advancements have been made in recent decades, particularly in business, the journey isn't over. Significant work remains in elevating underrepresented women leaders, ensuring equitable access to business capital, and providing robust support for working mothers in the modern workforce.

As a woman who has dedicated three decades to the dynamic fields of business and technology, I proudly celebrate a personal journey of change-making and barrier-breaking. My commitment extends beyond my own career; it involves actively mentoring the next generation of women and collaborating with powerhouse female leaders to drive real economic growth.

Action Over Words: Our Daily Commitment

Celebrating women is about more than just a message; it’s about consistent, daily action. Throughout my career, I’ve prioritized hiring and partnering with talented women to turn intent into impact. By creating these opportunities, we don't just share our stories—we pave the way for the next generation to innovate and lead in STEM.

IWD is a celebration of diversity in business. It’s a time to honor the exceptional women who have influenced my life, but also to recognize the critical role of men who have championed gender equality. We must celebrate everyone who focuses on cultivating diversity, equality, and inclusion.

Women’s History Month and International Women's Day serve as a powerful reminder: even in 2026, the fight against barriers continues every single day. Let's pause, recognize the progress made, and acknowledge the supportive people in our lives who have fueled our growth. Thank you.
