While the team was utilizing Smartsheets to log data in the cloud, the process remained highly manual and disconnected from their core sales portal and related service and financial processes, creating a persistent efficiency, data, and process automation continuity gap.
What Did 5P Do?

Leveraged Dynamic Forms: 5P replaced custom-coded Screen Flows with native Dynamic Forms. This provided a "quick win" that delivered a highly efficient and flexible user experience without the need for custom code.
Optimized Sales Performance: We re-engineered the client’s Field Coaching Reports into a standardized Salesforce format, solving the visibility problem by moving fragmented notes into a unified, actionable system.
Implemented Experience Optimization: 5P performed a deep-dive audit of workflows where the team was struggling, reconfiguring the interface to be intuitive and eliminating the navigation hurdles that slowed down daily operations.
