Ed comes to 5P with 16 years in operational finance, accounting, and business transformation experience. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and earned his CPA license. From there, he joined Qualcomm Finance in the semiconductor division where he spent 10.5 years spanning commercial pricing, Automotive Business Unit finance leadership, Global Distribution Channel, AsiaPac controllership and operations, SG&A Finance, software license management, and acquisition integration. After leaving Qualcomm, he joined Thermo Fisher Scientific for three years and was most recently Sr. Director of Finance and the financial leader for the Global IT organization where he led all FP&A activities, software purchasing decisions, product implementation reviews, vendor selection and negotiations, and spearheaded an annual Zero Base Redesign initiative. 

On a personal note, he met his wife Emily in college and they have been together for 20 years. He has two children, Mikey and Sadie. During his free time, he can be found at the beach helping his son catch waves or body surfing with his daughter on his back.
