Randy comes to 5P with over 18 years of software and IT experience in building, implementing, and managing solutions. He has a combination of hands-on and leadership experience in business systems, process redesign, and leading teams to drive functionality and technology across numerous business processes. Randy has deployed numerous solutions enabling functionality to meet the unique requirements of different business models and organizations. Solutions target business transformation, improved customer experience, system integration, and analytics.

Throughout his career, Randy has had roles spanning the software development lifecycle including systems analyst, developer, project manager and managing IT organizations. His experience enables him to lead teams spanning these roles and drive solutions from cradle-to-grave as well as build an effective onshore/offshore model.  Some of Randy’s experience include:

• Web platform and application delivery
• IT governance and global organization
• Program management for complex business initiatives

Randy lives in Southern California with his wife Gretchen and their sons Jackson and Ben. When he isn’t devoting his attention to 5P and its clients you can find him enjoying the beautiful California coastline both in and out of the water!
