Donna comes to 5P as a CIO and Veteran Technology Executive with decades of hands-on leadership experience in IT infrastructure, compliance, and risk management.  Donna is one of those strong, decisive, and clear-eyed technology leaders who will work with your management and technology teams to modernize, increase business efficiency, and align your technology with your business objectives. Donna serves as an Executive Advisor for the American Hotel & Lodging Association and Hospitality Technology Next Generation (AHLA/HTNG). 

Donna brings her contagiously energetic spirit and her passion for helping others achieve their goals by leveraging technology in every consulting project. With extensive experience in government agencies as well as public and private companies, Donna’s specialties include; Fractional CIO/CISO, ServiceNow solutions design, infrastructure design and implementation, vendor selection and management, strategic technology planning and budgeting, requirements-based solutions architecture (HRIS/ITIL), Agile methodologies, information security, data privacy and compliance, alignment of technology stacks and seamless joining of networks during mergers and acquisitions as well as professional development & mentoring of IT teams and more. 

Although born and raised in Memphis, TN, Donna spent 18 years in Southern California raising her son Caleb, and currently lives in Dallas, TX. When she’s not directing her time to 5P, she’s spending time with her family and enjoying Southern living once again.
