Aleah came to 5p from the nonprofit sector as a business operations and HR professional and has over 10 years of experience developing and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Aleah possesses a comprehensive background in business operations, business administration, business & financial analysis, and Human Resources management and administration. Aleah has an impeccable capacity for operational & HR strategy, aligning initiatives to company goals, and leading and collaborating well with her team to prioritize, and complete high-quality tasks efficiently while building rapport with those she serves and works with. 

Aleah serves as a board member of the Heavy Breathing Foundation and lives in Seattle, Washington with her daughter. When not working you can find her in the gym working towards her powerlifting goals, reading, spending time with family, or outside exploring the beautiful PNW.
